First Performance - Lawa-Lawa Luo

Our first performance was at a village called Lawa-Lawa Luo in the Lolomatua district in the central highlands. Because of the problem with the journey by plane,we got there at about 8.30pm, almost three hours late, to find about 300 people waiting for us in the local church.
